1. No Guarantee of Problem Similarity

PrepXpress provides educational review materials designed to help students prepare for their final exams. However, we make no guarantee that the problems presented in our review videos will be similar to, identical to, or representative of the actual problems that appear on your final exam. The problems in our review packages are intended for educational purposes and practice only.

2. No Refunds

All purchases of PrepXpress review packages are final and non-refundable. Once a purchase is completed, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Dissatisfaction with the content
• Technical issues (we will work to resolve technical problems)
• Change of mind
• Failure to pass an exam
• Any other reason

3. Access Duration and Revocation

Access to purchased review packages will be automatically revoked within 60 daysfrom the date of purchase. After this period, you will no longer be able to access the video content, regardless of whether you have completed watching all videos or not. It is your responsibility to complete your review within the 60-day access period.

4. Use of Content

All content provided through PrepXpress is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share, distribute, reproduce, or otherwise make available any content to third parties. Each purchase grants access to a single user account only.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Limitation of Liability

PrepXpress and Learn4Less.ca shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of PrepXpress after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
